财联社11月5日电，欧盟委员会发言人称，欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩将缺席今年的《联合国气候变化框架公约》第二十九次缔约方大会（COP29）。据悉，冯德莱恩将缺席此次气候谈判的原因是其在布鲁塞尔的政治事务。目前，欧盟正在审查冯德莱恩新一届欧盟委员会成员名单，这些成员将在接下来的五年里领导欧盟的政策制定。COP29将于今年11月11日至22日在阿塞拜疆首都巴库举行。
