尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：

Dear teachers and classmates:

大家早上好！同学们，你们知道吗？在我们的校园里，可能存在一种无形的“怪兽”，它潜伏在暗处，悄悄伸出它的爪子，伤害着我们中的一些人。这只“怪兽”没有实体，但它的力量却不容忽视，它，就是校园欺凌。

Good morning, everyone! Do you know? In our campus, there is a 'monster' that hides in the shadows. The power of this' monster 'cannot be ignored, it is campus bullying.

接下来，让我们深入了解一下这只“怪兽”的真面目。

Next, let's learn about the true face of this' monster '.

校园欺凌并不是简单的争吵或打闹，它是一种有意的、持续性的伤害行为。这种伤害可能是身体上的，比如打人、推搡；也可能是心理上的，比如嘲笑、排挤、散布谣言。无论是哪种形式，它都会给受害者带来巨大的痛苦和困扰。

Campus bullying is not just about arguing or playing around, it is a deliberate and persistent form of harm. This kind of injury may be physical, it could also be psychological, no matter what form, it will bring pain to the victims.

想象一下，如果你每天走在校园里，都要担心会不会被人欺负，会不会被人嘲笑，那种心情是多么沉重啊！你会害怕去上学，害怕见到那些欺负你的人，甚至害怕去交朋友，因为你不知道谁会是下一个伤害你的人。

Imagine if you were walking on campus every day, you would worry about being bullied, afraid to go to school, and even afraid to make friends, because you don't know who will be the next person to hurt you.

那么，我们该如何打败这只“怪兽”呢？

So, how can we defeat this' monster '?

首先，我们不能做欺凌者，而是要勇敢地站出来，告诉那些欺负人的人：你们的行为是错误的！我们不能容忍这种行为在我们的校园里继续存在。同时，我们也要学会保护自己，不要成为欺凌的下一个目标。

Firstly, we need to bravely stand up and tell those bullies: your actions are wrong! At the same time, we should also learn to protect ourselves and not become the next target of bullying.

其次，作为旁观者，我们不能袖手旁观。当我们看到有人被欺负时，我们应该勇敢地站出来制止，或者及时向老师、家长反映情况。我们的每一次行动，都是在为打败这只“怪兽”贡献自己的力量。

Secondly, we cannot turn a blind eye. When we see someone being bullied, we should stand up and stop them, or tell our teachers or parents.

最后，我想说的是，我们每个人都可以成为校园中的守护者。我们可以用我们的善良、勇气和智慧去传递温暖和关爱，让这只“怪兽”无处遁形。

Finally, what I want to say is that each of us is a member of the campus. We can use our kindness and courage to make this' monster 'nowhere to hide.
