证券时报e公司讯，曼恩斯特(301325)11月12日晚间公告，近日，公司控股子公司湖南安诚新能源有限公司（卖方）与中国电建集团华东勘测设计研究院有限公司（买方）、河北瑞风云联数字新能源有限公司（业主）签署《察北管理区（300MW/1.2GWh）电网侧独立储能电站项目储能成套设备（150MW/600MWh）采购合同》，合同总金额4.05亿元（含税）。合同若顺利履行预计将对公司2024年度经营业绩产生积极影响。
