中国网财经11月14日讯 ST观典昨日晚间发布公告称，实控人高明质押2000万股，占总股本的比例5.4%。质押融资资金用途是：为解决高明非经营性资金占用事项的部分还款。
此次股份补充质押后，高明累计质押ST观典9325.65万股，占公司总股本的 25.17%，占实控人及其一致行动人合计所持公司股份的49.65%。
