据海南铁路海口车务段消息，因受今年第24号台风“万宜”和冷空气共同影响，将对进出岛旅客列车采取停运措施：
1. 11月19日出海南岛的旅客列车Z502、K512、Z112次停运。
2. 11月20日进出海南岛的旅客列车均停运。
铁路部门提醒：旅客在收到列车停运短信或在12306查询到列车停运信息后，可自车票发站乘车日期起30天内（含当天），在12306网站（12306APP）或火车站人工窗口办理全额退票手续，因列车停运导致的退票不收取退票费。
