当地时间11月20日，俄罗斯联邦安全局发布消息称，抓获一名自波兰入境俄飞地加里宁格勒州的乌克兰裔德国公民。此人准备对加里宁格勒州的能源设施实施破坏。在搜查过程中，从此人汽车中缴获半升液体炸药。俄方已就此刑事立案。
据俄联邦安全局消息，此人还参与了今年3月加里宁格勒市一个天然气配送站的爆炸事件。（总台记者 宋瑶）
