10月31日12时许，城南派出所根据前期侦查掌握的线索，在惠来县葵潭镇抓获盗窃犯罪嫌疑人蔡某。经审讯，蔡某交代于8月14日凌晨6时许，在流沙南街道军屯村一商店门口盗窃苹果手机1部，后将该手机卖出获利的犯罪行为。
目前，蔡某已被公安机关刑事拘留，案件正在进一步侦办中。
