11月20日，陕西西安，自来水管破裂导致街道积水，市民家中进水，行人和车辆需淌水穿过。附近商户张先生称，自己早上去店里发现是附近的管道爆了，积水深的时候有半米，自家库房进水电器都没办法用了，损失还未计算，现在水已经退了。（编辑：袁子毫）
