卫生巾塌房？“医用级”卫生巾搜索量飙升，医生提醒……

近日，多款卫生巾因实际长度短于外包装标明长度，被消费者质疑“偷工减料”。网友实测发现，多款知名品牌的卫生巾内吸收层长度，均明显低于其标称值。

卫生巾是数亿女性日常使用的基本生活物资，其质量标准问题自然会引发广泛关注。

从相关报道来看，卫生巾厂商在现行标准允许的误差范围内“取低值”，似乎已成为行业通病。这让不少消费者感慨：“卫生巾是用来吸水的，不是用来缩水的。”

在电商数据平台检索发现，近期“医用卫生巾”关键词的搜索指数明显变多。

Several brands of sanitary pads have recently been found to be shorter than the lengths stated on their packaging. As essential items for women, the quality of these pads has raised widespread concern. Reports suggest that manufacturers are exploiting the allowable margin of error in current standards by producing pads at the minimum acceptable length, which appears to be a common issue in the industry.

根据《一次性使用卫生用品卫生要求》以及《T/NAHIEM 003-2017医护级卫生巾（含卫生护垫）》相关标准，卫生巾共有普通级、消毒级、医护级、医用级4种类别。而医用级卫生巾作为目前最高标准卫生巾，在生产过程中需要达到医用无菌标准，不得检出真菌、细菌。

有必要使用医用卫生巾吗？

四川省妇女儿童医院产科主任医师高岩介绍，医用卫生巾或护垫的主要适用人群包括刚结束生产后的产妇，以及进行妇科大手术或大出血后的患者。“这部分人群由于抵抗力下降，对无菌的要求更高，因此使用医用卫生巾来避免感染。此外，医用卫生巾还具有计量的作用，可以精确记录出血量，为医疗救治提供重要参考。”

After the incident, many consumers started buying medical-grade sanitary pads. Dr Gao Yan, chief obstetrician at Sichuan Provincial Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital, explained that these pads adhere to stricter sterility and disinfection standards and are primarily intended for postpartum women, those recovering from major gynecological surgery, or experiencing heavy bleeding.

高岩表示，相较于普通卫生巾，医用卫生巾在无菌和消毒级别上的要求更高。对于阴道流血量多且阴部有伤口，或者一些特殊疾病，如免疫力低下、贫血等情况的女性，可以在医生的指导下选择具体卫生巾的使用类型。

“虽然医用卫生巾的标准更高，但普通卫生巾在正常情况下也完全可以满足女性的需求。建议消费者根据自己的实际情况和需求进行选择，避免过度消费。同时，对于市场上各种卫生巾品牌和产品，消费者也应保持警惕，使用不适时及时咨询医生，同时留存证据，维护消费者权益。”高岩说。

"I recommend that consumers choose based on their actual needs to avoid unnecessary spending. Be cautious with different brands and products on the market, consult a doctor if you have any issues, and keep evidence to protect your rights. "
