当地时间22日，俄罗斯总统普京与俄罗斯国防部领导和俄军工企业代表举行会议。俄罗斯战略火箭兵司令卡拉卡耶夫在会上表示，研发“榛树”导弹系统的决定是在2023年7月做出的。大规模使用“榛树”导弹的效果将相当于使用核武器。“榛树”导弹系统可以打击欧洲全境目标。（总台记者 宋瑶）
