11月22日，位于赤松镇上钱村的展新冻米糖厂内甜香四溢、热气腾腾，熬糖、拌料、压模、切块……工人们忙得不亦乐乎，店内顾客络绎不绝。冻米糖是金东的传统食品，冬季也是冻米糖生产及销售旺季，金东各大商超及集市随处可见冻米糖的身影。
