Banco BPM股价上涨8.5%。消息面上，意大利最大银行裕信(UniCredit)突然向同业Banco BPM提出全面收购，涉资101亿欧罗，每股作价6.657欧元，较上周五收市价溢价约0.5%。有关收购需监管部门批准。裕信预期收购将令每股盈利有高单位数增长、结合经常性收入和成本协同效益、经调整风险后的投资回报率(ROI)将超过15%等。(格隆汇)
