德国巨头宣布：裁员！

德国汽车零部件供应商博世近日表示，计划在未来几年全球裁员5500人，其中在德国裁员3800人，此外将减少约1万名员工的工作时间和工资。博世发言人表示，德国工厂员工大多签订每周38至40小时的工作合同，根据公司计划，一些员工的工作时间将减少到每周35小时，与之对应，员工薪酬也将减少12.5%。约3500人的裁员将在2027年底前完成，涉及智能驾驶开发等部门。

按照当前营收规模计算，博世是全球最大的汽车零部件供应商。公司共有约43万名员工，超过一半在汽车部门工作。

近年来，许多欧美汽车厂商燃油车销量增速明显放缓，与特斯拉和众多中国车企相比，电动化转型步伐也不及预期。战略步伐的缓慢正逐步体现在市场表现上。福特、大众等整车制造商近期都推出了成本削减计划。作为汽车零部件供应商，博世自然也不能幸免，公司业务遭遇巨大挑战。

Amazon to Invest Another $4 Billion in Anthropic

据外媒报道，亚马逊日前宣布，将额外向由前OpenAI研究高管创立的人工智能初创公司Anthropic投资40亿美元。

Amazon on recent announced it would invest an additional $4 billion in Anthropic, the artificial intelligence startup founded by ex-OpenAI research executives.

报道称，亚马逊网络服务（AWS）将成为Anthropic的“主要云服务和训练合作伙伴”。未来，Anthropic将使用AWS的芯片，来训练和部署其规模最大的AI模型。

Amazon Web Services will also become Anthropic's “primary cloud and training partner”. From now on, Anthropic will use AWS's chips to train and deploy its largest AI models.

今年 3 月，亚马逊曾向Anthropic投资27.5亿美元，这是亚马逊30年来规模最大的一笔对外投资。

In March, Amazon’s $2.75 billion investment in Anthropic was the company’s largest outside investment in its three-decade history.

苹果、谷歌或将面临英国监管机构调查

Apple and Google could Face a Regulatory Probe in the U.K.

据外媒报道，英国竞争与市场管理局（Competition and Markets Authority，简称CMA）近日发布一份独立调查小组的报告，建议CMA根据英国新颁布的数字市场、竞争和消费者法案（简称DMCC）调查苹果和谷歌在移动生态系统中的活动。

According to foreign media reports, the U.K.’s Competition and Markets Authority issued a report recently from its independent inquiry group recommending the CMA investigates Apple and Google’s activities in mobile ecosystems under a new U.K. law known as the new Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act (DMCC).

根据规定，CMA可以对拥有短信服务的公司施加重大的行为改变，包括结束他们自己服务的“自我偏好”，要求互操作性——本质上是允许一个软件与另一个软件顺畅地工作——以及禁止反竞争行为。

Under the rules, the CMA can impose major behavioral changes on firms that have SMS status, including ending “self-preferencing” of their own services, requiring interoperability — essentially allowing one piece of software to work with another smoothly — and banning anti-competitive behavior.

CMA独立调查小组负责人玛戈特•戴利在一份声明中表示：“当竞争对手能够开发并为消费者带来创新选择时，市场才能发挥最佳作用。”她还补充说，“不同移动浏览器之间的竞争并不顺利，这阻碍了英国的创新”。

“Markets work best when rival businesses are able to develop and bring innovative options to consumers,” Margot Daly, chair of the CMA’s independent inquiry group, said in a statement, adding that “competition between different mobile browsers is not working well and this is holding back innovation in the U.K.”
