当地时间11月26日，日本宇宙航空研究开发机构（JAXA）方面称，当天在鹿儿岛县种子岛宇宙中心进行小型固体燃料火箭“埃普西隆S”的燃烧试验时，发生异常情况并引发火灾。JAXA目前正在调查具体情况。
