新京报讯 据“北京石景山”微信公众号消息，在八角街道八角中里，老旧锅炉房将变身社区便民服务综合体。目前，该项目已取得立项批复，锅炉房主体已拆除，计划2025年实施主体结构施工，2026年竣工亮相。改造后项目总建筑面积达6000余平方米。
