据北京市住建委官网数据显示，11月25日北京新房网签478套，网签面积53651.62㎡，其中住宅网签120套，网签面积15513.92㎡；二手房网签1025套，网签面积86821.87㎡，其中住宅网签905套，网签面积80852.56㎡。

截止目前，11月（11月1日~25日）北京新房网签9016套，网签面积739574㎡，其中住宅网签3914套，网签面积476792.77㎡；二手房网签15917套，网签面积1581319.61㎡，其中住宅14397套，住宅网签面积1278961.51㎡。
