近日，上海普陀某地区发生一起交通事故，一男子驾驶残疾车闯红灯行驶，撞上直行车辆。该男子驾驶的车辆因撞击发生侧翻，然后从车内起身时竟有些不知所措。该男子也因闯红灯的违法行为，承担本起事故全部责任，并接受处罚。
