本报北京12月2日电（记者廖睿灵）记者日前从住房城乡建设部获悉，1至10月份，全国新开工改造城镇老旧小区5.3万个。分地区看，江苏、上海、天津、吉林、海南、重庆、甘肃、青海等8个地区已全部开工。2024年，全国计划新开工改造城镇老旧小区5.4万个。
