谈到去四川试训，丁彦雨航说道：“去四川不是为试训，当时只是想找个能合练的地方一起打一打，看看自己恢复的情况。我原本就计划好了，到美国让医生看一下我的腿，如果确定恢复好了，争取能够赶上CBA11月底的注册窗口期，在联赛第二阶段开赛时回到赛场。”
此前报道，丁彦雨航目前在广州试训，但双方还并未签约。
