3、青椒酿肉
食材:青椒、蛋清、葱姜、料酒、生抽、耗油、淀粉、少量胡椒粉、少量盐。步骤:①肉打成肉泥、加一个蛋清、葱姜碎、一勺料酒、一勺生抽、一勺蚝油、一勺淀粉、少量胡椒粉、少量盐,朝一个方向多搅一会,搅上劲!②肉先腌制一会,调个料汁;一勺生抽、一勺老抽、一勺蚝油、一勺淀粉、少量盐加半碗水搅匀。③青椒切长段,剪开一侧去籽、里面塞入调好的肉馅。④锅中热油,把有肉馅那面先下锅煎制定型、在翻面煎制青椒煎黄,倒入料汁,煮至浓稠即可!
