当地时间15日，俄罗斯紧急情况部发布消息称，从"伏尔加石油212"号油轮上撤出13名船员，其中1人死亡。
15日，俄罗斯联邦海洋和河流运输署发布消息称，因黑海海域发生风暴，"伏尔加石油212"号和 "伏尔加石油239"号两艘船只倾覆，船上分别有15名和14名船员。事故造成石油产品泄漏。（总台记者 宋瑶）
