官方表示，本次参加NBA全明星赛的四支球队将争夺180万美元的奖金池，其中冠军球队的每名球员将获得12.5万美元。
第二名球队的每名球员将获得5万美元，第三名和第四名球队的每名球员将获得2.5万美元。
