石开，1951年生于福建省福州市，青少年师从陈子奋、谢义耕、何敦仁等先生学习书法、篆刻、绘画、诗文。为职业篆刻书法家，沧浪书社成员。历任福建省书法家协会副主席、中国书法家协会篆刻委员、中国书法进修学院教授。代表作品《石开印存》、《石开书法集》、《当代篆刻名家精品·石开卷》等。
