12月20日，据韩华集团消息，韩华目前已经完成对于美国费城造船厂（Philly Shipyard）收购的所有程序，成为首个成功收购美国船厂的韩国企业。本次收购从今年6月20日与费城造船厂母公司挪威阿克集团（Aker ASA）签订正式合同到最终完成，仅用时6个月。此次收购由韩华集团旗下韩华海洋和韩华系统联合进行，交易金额约1亿美元。（韩国亚洲经济）
