12月31日，住建部披露的数据显示，2024年，全国计划新开工改造城镇老旧小区5.4万个。根据各地统计上报数据，1—11月份，全国新开工改造城镇老旧小区5.6万个。分地区看，北京、兵团、江苏、上海、河南、山西、湖北、浙江、天津、河北、吉林、江西、山东、海南、重庆、云南、陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏等20个地区已全部开工。
