2024年12月24日，抚吉高速吉水南收费站。交警开展违法整治时，查获饮酒后驾车的男子谢某，其呼气检测结果为30mg/100ml。而在询问过程中，交警发现车上四人全都喝了酒！原来，四人酒后休息时，经过一番商量决定谁喝得少由谁来开车……
交警对四人进行了严厉的批评教育，并依法对酒驾的谢某予以罚款，驾驶证一次记12分并暂扣六个月。
