金融界1月9日消息，有投资者在互动平台向天融信提问：您好公司什么时披露预年报？
公司回答表示：根据相关法律法规，如果上市公司出现应披露年度业绩预告的规定情形之一，应不晚于报告期次年的1月31日披露。关于2024年年度报告，公司已预约于2025年4月19日披露。
