财联社1月9日电，中原地产数据显示，中国内地买家2024年在香港的购屋数量、金额及占整体成交的比例创下纪录高点。买家姓名为“普通话拼音”人士共买进11638套一、二手私人住宅，涉及成交金额1305亿港元，较2023年分别增长90%和67%。2024年香港录得逾47500套一、二手私人住宅买卖登记，同比增长逾20%。
