北京商报讯（记者 蔺雨葳）1月10日，据意大利24小时太阳报消息，在港上市的普拉达集团正在与美国Capri集团洽谈收购旗下奢侈品牌范思哲Versace，此交易由花旗银行担任P普拉达的顾问，而巴克莱银行则负责为Capri 集团寻找潜在买家。
截至目前，普拉达集团未对该消息作出回应。2024年12月份，Capri集团公布将出售旗下的Versace和Jimmy Choo，以专注于核心品牌Michael Kors的转型。
