近日，星巴克在北美各地的咖啡馆推出了一项新的顾客行为准则，终结了此前允许所有人入店的开放政策。自2018年以来，星巴克一直允许人们在无需消费的情况下入店和使用洗手间，最新准则逆转了这一项近七年的政策。新准则包括禁止乞讨和破坏行为将于1月27日起生效，并在北美上万家店面公示。
