1月13日，陕西历史博物馆官微发布通知，已经完成门票预约系统的维护工作，全新的预约系统已正式上线试运行。
1月14日起，实行提前5天放票制度（例如，10月1日放10月6日门票），本馆放票时间为17:00，秦汉馆放票时间为17:30。
