2025 年 1 月 17 日，三六零安全科技股份有限公司发布《2024年度业绩预告》。
经财务部门初步测算，预计 2024 年度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润约为 -11.5 亿元至 -7.7 亿元。
三六零公告称，业绩预亏的原因主要系：
1）随着营业收入下降，整体毛利较去年同期下降；
2）部分参股企业亏损，对损益产生较大影响。
