日前，记者从省教育厅获悉，黑龙江省高校发挥文化资源优势，助力我省冬季冰雪旅游发展，为2025年第九届亚洲冬季运动会增添文化魅力，黑龙江省16所高校的23家博物馆、纪念馆、校史馆等文化场馆寒假期间全面开放。
