2月10日，据全国银行间同业拆借中心消息，为更好满足境外机构投资者流动性管理需要，提高银行间债券市场对外开放水平，全国银行间同业拆借中心于2025年2月10日起，面向债券通“北向通”境外机构投资者推出债券通项下离岸债券回购交易服务。债券通离岸回购业务上线初期免收交易手续费，后续如调整收费将另行通知。
