中国财富通2月20日 - 万集科技（300552）公告称，基于公司战略布局，为了更好的拓展智能交通业务，增强公司在内蒙古自治区市场开拓及智能网联项目承接能力，公司拟与包头市联众大数据科技有限责任公司成立合资公司众行科技（内蒙古包头市）有限责任公司，合资公司注册资本为人民币500万元，其中公司以技术出资245万元，占合资公司注册资本的49%。
