财联社2月25日电，据美联社24日报道，美国马萨诸塞州切尔西和萨默维尔两个城市就特朗普“不配合移民政策就削减资金”的威胁提起诉讼。据悉，这两个城市制定了所谓的“庇护政策”，限制与联邦移民部门的合作。他们称，政府的策略侵犯了城市的宪法权利。律师表示，总统不能利用联邦资金作为武器，迫使地方政府破坏公共安全和价值观，并参与他的大规模驱逐行动。
