2月25日，方大特钢（600507）发布公告，控股股东江西方大钢铁计划在未来6个月内增持公司股份，增持金额不少于5500万元，不超过1.1亿元，增持比例不超过公司总股本的2%。
2024年前三季度，方大特钢实现收入188.64亿元，归母净利润1.89亿元。
