财联社2月27日电，吉林省政府办公厅印发《关于进一步推动高水平开放发展的若干措施》，提出35条具体举措，18条举措涉及资金支持，集成了金融服务、出口退税、通关便利等惠企利企措施。其中指出，鼓励采用人民币进行跨境贸易结算或直接投资。为外经贸企业提质扩量提供资金支持。
