自2025年3月1日至2025年5月31日，淮安城市公交常规线路（含淮阴区“H”开头线路）执行春季票价，基准票价在现有票价的基础上下调1元。快1线、快2线、快3线、快5线（定制线路）票价不变。

公交出行，推荐您使用“城客e家”APP，以便您实时掌握线路发班和车辆位置信息；使用“城客e家”APP付款码或公交IC卡钱包卡（江苏一卡通卡和淮安互通卡）支付乘车费可享受“优惠换乘”政策。
