财联社3月3日电，中国核建涨停，国光电气涨超10%，联创光电、永鼎股份、海陆重工、融发核电等多股涨超5%。消息面上，2月28日，中国核电、浙能电力相继公告，拟以增资方式参股中国聚变能源有限公司，分别投资10亿元、7.5亿元，本次交易尚需国务院国资委批准并办理工商变更登记手续。
