日本柒和伊控股3月3日发布声明称，公司未就管理架构问题发布公告，也尚未就此做出任何决定。
此前据多家媒体报道，井阪隆一预计将卸任柒和伊控股社长，继任者为该公司独立董事、西友前首席执行官Stephen Hayes Dacus。若最终敲定，这将是柒和伊控股首次迎来非日籍社长。
