金融界3月10日消息，卧龙地产“公告称，截至 3 月 11 日披露日，收购资产事项涉及的交易各方相应审批程序均已审议通过，且卧龙氢能股东 Enapter AG 就本次公司收购卧龙电驱持有的卧龙氢能相应股权事项同意放弃行使优先购买权。龙能电力、卧龙储能、卧龙氢能及舜丰电力已于近日完成了工商变更登记手续。”
