据肇庆人大消息，2月17日，肇庆市第十四届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十四次会议决定，任命邹莹为肇庆市人民政府副市长。
公开资料显示，邹莹，1976年7月出生，广东龙川人，1998年7月参加工作，在职大学学历，民建会员。出任肇庆副市长之前，邹莹系阳江市卫生健康局局长。
