格隆汇3月18日｜路透援引知情人士称，科技巨擘谷歌母公司Alphabet(GOOG.US)正就收购以色列资讯安全公司Wiz进一步磋商，报价超过300亿美元。这可能是Alphabet到目前为止最大规模收购案，报价比去年提出的230亿美元多约3成。Wiz去年7月以担忧无法清除反托拉斯障碍为由取消交易。
