3月18日，恒生指数午盘涨1.8%，恒生科技指数涨2.77%。盘面上，制造业强势，汽车、半导体、硬件联手上攻，蔚来劲升16%，德昌电机控股上扬7%，中芯国际涨逾2%；受国际金价大涨刺激，贵金属大幅上攻，万国黄金集团、赤峰黄金升逾8%；医药股回暖，药明康德走高11%，昭衍新药上扬9%。个股方面，长河港股跌近4%。
