新京报讯 3月18日晚间，佛慈医药发布公告，因个人原因，公司董事、副总经理王迎春申请辞去公司第八届董事会董事、副总经理以及董事会战略委员会委员职务。辞职后，王迎春将不再担任公司任何职务。截至目前，王迎春未持有公司股份。
