3月18日，宁夏回族自治区银川市发布2025 年国有建设用地供应计划。
根据计划，银川市 2025 年国有建设用地计划供应总量控制在6533 亩。其中，商服用地约300 亩；住宅用地约 883 亩；工矿仓储用地约900 亩；交通运输用地约 1500 亩；公共管理与服务用地约1200 亩；公用设施用地约 900 亩；绿地与开敞空间用地约300 亩；特殊用地约550亩。
与2024年相比，2025年住宅用地供应计划大幅减少。具体看，2025 年拟出让住宅用地11 宗约883 亩，其中，兴庆区1宗，40 亩；金凤区9宗，809亩；西夏区2宗，34亩。2024年拟出让住宅用地22宗约149公顷（合计约2235亩）。（澎湃新闻记者 刘畅）
