3月19日，春光科技（603657）发布公告，实际控制人之一陈凯将其持有的500万股办理质押，占其所持股份的54.04%及公司总股本的3.66%；截至公告披露日，实际控制人陈正明、张春霞、陈凯、陈弘旋累计质押股份为500万股，占其持有股份的5.75%及公司总股本的3.66%。
2024年前三季度，春光科技实现收入14.86亿元，归母净利润472万元。
