3月17日，教育部办公厅发布《关于公布2025年度第一批实施专科教育高等学校备案名单的函》，名单显示，天津市管理干部学校被撤销。
新建的7所高职院校分别是：大同数据科技职业学院、长沙科技职业学院、株洲科技职业学院、衡阳理工职业学院、郴州智能科技职业学院、江西电子信息职业技术学院、鹰潭卫生职业学院。
1所成人高校撤销建制：天津市管理干部学院。
