3月20日，中国天保集团（01427）发布公告，宣布了行政总裁的变更。现任行政总裁李保田因希望投入更多时间担任董事局主席兼执行董事的职务，自2025年3月19日起辞任行政总裁一职，但将继续留任董事局主席及执行董事。李保田确认与董事局并无意见分歧，且与辞任相关的其他事宜无需向联交所或股东披露。
同时，董事局宣布委任现任执行董事申丽凤为新的行政总裁，自同日生效。
